PsyTide Return and refund Policy: Catch a Wave of Ease

Dude, we've got your back! If you're not stoked with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

- In its original condition (unworn, unused)
- With tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- With receipt or proof of purchase

Starting a Return

Just shoot us an email at psytide@gmail.com, and we'll hook you up with:

- A return shipping label
- Instructions on where to send your package

Important

Don't send anything back without requesting a return first, bro! We won't accept it.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, hit us up ASAP! We'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are off-limits for returns, dude:

- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges

Want something new? Return the old item and make a separate purchase for the new one. Easy peasy!

European Union Cool-Off Period

If you're in the EU, you've got 14 days to cancel or return your order, no questions asked.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If it is, you'll get a refund within 10 business days, bro!
